Easter Sunday falls on April 24 2011, following Good Friday on April 22nd, with many Dallas area fun events for children and families including Easter egg hunts, brunches, and lots of fun things to do in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex in celebration of Easter.

If you live in and around the Dallas area and surrounding suburbs, mark your calendars and plan ahead to enjoy taking in much of the fun this Easter holiday with your children and family. Dallas X Factor Open Auditions Thursday May 26 at Dallas Convention Center

Simon Cowell’s “The X Factor” is coming to Dallas TX. Have you got “it”? The highly anticipated and hyped singing competition called The X Factor has announced the dates, location and audition information for singing star wannabe’s on the X Factor Facebook page. The X Factor makes it debut on Fox 50 this fall.

The Dallas Convention Center will host auditions for X Factor hopefuls on Thursday, May 26th. Registration for The X Factor begins on Wednesday, May 25th at 6:00 a.m. at the Dallas Convention Center, located at 650 South Griffin Street in Dallas Texas.

Singers and vocal groups 12 years of age or older as of March 1, 2011, who are legal U.S. citizens or eligible to work in the U.S. and do not currently have a music recording contract are qualified to audition. Some restrictions apply.
